Access statement: SHCLA represents Alameda County's incredibly diverse population of residents, and we seek to remove language barriers in accessing our programs. To assist you, we can provide communications in these languages: English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog. For all other languages, we utilize the county language line.
